Lead Visual Creative Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing original ideas and bringing them to life through visual treatments, storyboards, mood boards, and mockups.

  • Collaborate with copywriters to create innovative concepts for pitches and campaigns.
  • Translate ideas into compelling visual content that resonates with audiences.
  • Work on integrated projects including TV, digital, social, print, and experiential initiatives.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide expert feedback during creative reviews.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to refine and deliver high-quality work.
  • Stay current with industry trends, innovations, and cultural developments.
  • Effectively communicate your ideas and support senior creatives in client presentations.
Requirements
  • A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, originality, and design expertise.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a creative or advertising role (including internships).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Understanding of integrated marketing and multi-platform storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
