Job Opportunity: Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Graphic Designer. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio of graphic design work, excellent technical skills in industry-standard software, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce high-quality corporate collateral, including capability statements, charter brochures, case studies, and other business-development materials.
  • Develop keynote presentations and decks to support thought leadership initiatives.
  • Support the creation of customer information, wayfinding signage, and related materials that enhance the customer experience.
  • Create and execute digital marketing assets and visual content for social media, website, and internal communications.
  • Contribute to the development of Employer of Choice and Talent Acquisition initiatives by designing a range of assets.
  • Provide strategic guidance on brand strategy and governance, ensuring all creative materials align with our Brand Toolkit and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
  • A strong understanding of design principles, concepts, and techniques.
  • Experience creating graphics for various uses.
  • Excellent technical skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Experience using tools such as Canva to empower stakeholders to manage asset variation within brand guidelines.
