North Brisbane Strategic Human Resources Manager Role

As a Strategic Human Resources Manager in North Brisbane, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business success through people-centric strategies and initiatives.

  • Your primary responsibility will be to align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.
  • You'll collaborate closely with zone and store managers to provide comprehensive HR support, fostering a culture of excellence and employee engagement.
  • A key aspect of this role is to identify and develop talent, leveraging your expertise to create a high-performing team that drives business growth.

We're looking for an experienced HR professional who can navigate complex issues, build strong relationships, and drive change management initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • The ability to travel regularly to support zones and stores, with occasional overnight stays.
