Salesforce Business Analyst / Project Manager

Drive the future of retail and eCommerce customer experiences.

You'll lead cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce clouds—Order Management, B2B Commerce, Experience Cloud, Sales, and Service—with ERP, WMS, OMS, payment gateways, and more. This will enable seamless shopping journeys for millions of customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead workshops to gather business requirements
  • Translate needs into user stories & functional specs
  • Engage stakeholders and keep projects on track

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years with Salesforce (any cloud)
  • 1+ year with Service Cloud
