Lead Business Analyst

We're looking for a Lead Data Business Analyst to take ownership of the data portfolio within our central team - combining strong data BA skills with people leadership, project management, and negotiation expertise.

You'll be part of a high-performing, delivery-focused group uplifting enterprise data assets and driving transformation across risk This role blends hands-on data analysis with stakeholder leadership, ensuring our data is defined, governed, and leveraged to deliver business-critical outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the data portfolio for the central team—overseeing multiple high-impact initiatives across risk and compliance domains
• Driving the analysis and improvement of core enterprise data assets
• Translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable data solutions
• Defining and documenting business definitions, data flows, and quality expectations
• Acting as the key liaison between business, risk, technology, and data governance teams
• Supporting the rollout of data governance tools and frameworks (e.g., Collibra, DBT) with architects and SMEs
• Championing data quality, consistency, and usability through strong stakeholder engagement and process improvements
• Leading negotiations, managing delivery risks, and ensuring alignment between cross-functional teams
• Proven experience as a Senior Data Analyst or Lead BA in complex, data-rich environments
• Strong grasp of data principles and business-facing data analysis
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Experience uplifting or remediating enterprise data assets—ideally in a regulated or risk-focused space
• Ability to manage competing priorities, influence decision-making, and keep projects moving
• Familiarity with both structured and fast-moving delivery environments
