Site Lead Role

Our organization is seeking an experienced Site Lead to oversee the execution of steel fabrication, structural steel erection, and handrail installation projects.

This role requires a strong focus on delivering high-quality outcomes, taking ownership of projects, and achieving business objectives.

Duties include:

  • Training and supporting site personnel to enhance teamwork and collaboration.
  • Maintaining equipment and machinery to ensure project timelines are met, quality standards are achieved, and budget targets are realized.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met, and communicating effectively with management.
  • Procuring necessary equipment and materials, managing inventory levels, and addressing any shortages or inadequacies in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, Australian codes and standards, and reporting any issues or concerns.
  • Reviewing time sheets, regularly updating progress reports, and communicating delays or concerns to management.
  • Enforcing safety protocols through ongoing communication and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
