Job Description

Permanent, full-time opportunity to manage dispatch process for packaged and bulk lubricants in Lytton QLD.

Key responsibilities include planning and coordinating scheduling and dispatching of lubricants, monitoring orders for accuracy and lead times, controlling the dispatch process, and ensuring compliance with statutory rules and regulations.

This role also involves working with customer service representatives to manage product returns and providing excellent customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant experience within Transport and Logistics
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • High level problem solving.
  • Ability to work proactively within a team environment.
  • SAP and Microsoft Office literacy
  • Good communications skills (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to work in a cross functional manner to ensure the best outcome
  • Commercially minded with a strong focus on safety
  • Customer service experience
