Job Title:

Team Lead - Operational HR Services

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for leading a small team delivering transactional and administrative HR services to support business objectives.

This role requires strong leadership skills, expertise in HR operations, and the ability to manage staff queries, employment contracts, termination documents, changes in conditions, and other relevant HR changes.

The successful candidate will have ownership of relevant policies and processes, drive continuous improvement, and embed the Workday system to support system enhancements and improvements.

Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline are essential, along with extensive experience in a HR function, preferably in a shared services or operational support environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, as well as the ability to manage multiple diverse business units across a broad geographic area.

Knowledge of HCM/HRIS system administration and on-going process and systems improvement is highly desirable.
