We are seeking skilled Enrolled Nurses to participate in our Transition Program, which focuses on Acute Care. This enriching program provides a dynamic and supportive environment where you can deliver high-quality patient care and contribute to the growth and development of our nursing staff.

About the Role

Our successful candidates will have the opportunity to work in a variety of specialty areas, each presenting unique challenges and pathways for professional development. These areas include Renal care, Colorectal and General Surgery, General Medicine, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Rehabilitation, Endoscopy, and Neurology. Opportunities exist to expand clinical expertise and support career progression through structured education days and supernumerary orientation within each ward rotation.

This rewarding program is guided by a dedicated Clinical Nurse Educator and includes four structured Enrolled Nurse-specific education days throughout the course of the program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our nursing staff through participation in education and training programs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
Requirements:
  • Be registered as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA prior to July 2025
  • Hold a Diploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
