Long-Term Recovery Specialist

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting with an individual's recovery and return to work following injury or illness.
About the RoleThis is a key position in our NSW team that requires clinical skills and knowledge to conduct assessments and case management services.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct range of assessment and case management services across various portfolios.
- Interact and build relationships with health professionals, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders.
- Occupational Therapist (with AHPRA registration) or Physiotherapist (with AHPRA registration) or Exercise Physiologist (with ESSA membership and SIRA modules).
- Rehabilitation Counsellors and Psychologists also welcome to apply (must have relevant professional membership).
- Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
