About the Role
  • Drive strategic vision and execution in partnership with the Board to create long-term impact.
  • Ensure operational excellence, financial sustainability and best practice risk management to maintain organisational integrity.
  • Provide visionary leadership embedding trauma-informed principles throughout the organisation to promote healing and empowerment.
  • Promote equity, diversity and inclusion across all aspects of service delivery and operations to enhance organisational effectiveness.
  • Champion a positive culture prioritising staff well-being, collaboration and innovation to drive organisational success.
About You
  • A committed, compassionate and visionary leader with integrity, skills and dedication to support your team and drive systemic change.
  • Postgraduate qualifications in health, public health, management, administration or equivalent degrees and/or experience are highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated success in senior leadership roles, ideally in the domestic, family or sexual and social justice sectors, is essential for this position.
