About the Role

Kinrise Pty Ltd is a leading Australian food manufacturing company with a portfolio of iconic brands. We are seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to join our team and drive strategic negotiations, cost-saving initiatives, and supplier performance optimization across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement the procurement strategy for the sourcing and category management of indirects
  • Lead contract negotiations and supplier management, driving substantial cost reductions for the indirects category
  • Manage supplier relationships, including sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and performance evaluation
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to align procurement activities with product and business needs and manage policies
  • Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for cost savings, supplier innovation, and risk mitigation
  • Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes, systems, and policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Proven success managing significant supplier spend and driving impactful procurement outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across internal and external stakeholders and collaborate effectively to drive and influence outcomes
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, manufacturing environments, and market dynamics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
