Job Description:

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Finance Officer to assume key responsibilities within our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and configure payroll/HR platforms, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Process fortnightly payrolls with precision and confidentiality, maintaining accurate employee records and responding to related inquiries.
  • Manage employee pay and leave records, providing timely support and addressing payroll-related concerns.
  • Assist with accounts payable functions, including invoice processing, creditor record management, and purchasing support.
  • Contribute to budget monitoring, audit preparation, and asset register maintenance, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide backup support across finance functions as needed, ensuring business continuity and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in payroll and accounts payable management.
  • Strong understanding of relevant compliance and legislation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
