Job Title: Senior Energy Systems Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Energy Systems Lead to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of energy systems. As a Senior Energy Systems Lead, you will be responsible for leading engineering and analysis efforts to define technical requirements for distributed energy resources (DER).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects addressing power system challenges from increasing DER, including standards, compliance, and evolving behaviors.
  • Drive collaboration and stakeholder engagement, providing strategic advice for an integrated approach.
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to develop technical positions.

Requirements

To be successful as a Senior Energy Systems Lead, you will require:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Technology, Science/Math with a power system focus or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary projects in distributed energy.
  • Skilled in preparing, reviewing, and finalizing high-quality technical documentation and reports.
