About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Wholesale to drive our international expansion efforts and build partnerships with key Australian retailer majors in our sector.

This pivotal role focuses on achieving sales targets, ensuring seamless operational integration between sales and production, enhancing customer satisfaction, and expanding our market reach internationally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver our wholesale sales strategy across domestic and international markets.
  • Work with agency partners to build and maintain retail relationships, drive company revenue, and maintain profitability.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive market expansion.
  • Build and maintain direct relationships with key majors such as David Jones AU.
  • Utilize data to understand and interpret retailer performance, providing solutions and identifying opportunities.
  • Integrate customer marketing initiatives in alignment with the GTM calendar.
  • Ensure the brand is represented in line with our brand guidelines in the marketplace at all times.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure customer expectations are met and relationships are built at all levels.
Requirements:
  • Extensive wholesale sales experience, ideally in a vertical fashion-related business, working with retail majors and their buyers.
  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving KPIs and sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision making and planning.
  • International wholesale experience preferred.
