Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional sales service to all incoming buyer enquiries, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
- Manage and maintain the Salesforce database, developing buyer personas and nurturing leads through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Oversee and utilize the company's communications platform to nurture leads and drive sales.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to provide feedback and solutions to challenges.
- Take ownership of issues, ensuring timely communication and resolution with all parties involved.
- Maintain a clean and tidy sales display suite, creating an inviting atmosphere for potential buyers.
- Review and optimize online listings to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
- Curate tailored listing copy for each project, monitoring and benchmarking competition in surrounding suburbs.
- Attend training and sales meetings as required, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Ensure confidentiality of client information and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Participate in launches and assume responsibility for valuation inspections, including meetings with valuers as needed.
- Industry experience in property development or residential real estate.
- Proven track record in sales-led environments.
- Off-the-plan selling experience is highly advantageous.
- A competitive salary of AU$100,000 per annum, plus super and commission.
- A full-time position with a flexible schedule, including Monday and Tuesday days off.
