About the Role

Mars Recruitment Australia is partnering with a prestigious property development firm to find a highly skilled Senior Sales Executive to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales-led environments, with experience in property development or residential real estate. Off-the-plan selling experience is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional sales service to all incoming buyer enquiries, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Manage and maintain the Salesforce database, developing buyer personas and nurturing leads through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Oversee and utilize the company's communications platform to nurture leads and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to provide feedback and solutions to challenges.
  • Take ownership of issues, ensuring timely communication and resolution with all parties involved.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy sales display suite, creating an inviting atmosphere for potential buyers.
  • Review and optimize online listings to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Curate tailored listing copy for each project, monitoring and benchmarking competition in surrounding suburbs.
  • Attend training and sales meetings as required, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Ensure confidentiality of client information and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Participate in launches and assume responsibility for valuation inspections, including meetings with valuers as needed.
Requirements
  • Industry experience in property development or residential real estate.
  • Proven track record in sales-led environments.
  • Off-the-plan selling experience is highly advantageous.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of AU$100,000 per annum, plus super and commission.
  • A full-time position with a flexible schedule, including Monday and Tuesday days off.
