Job Title: Showroom Consultant


Join a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in window coverings. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Showroom Consultant to assist in showroom presentations and support our Sales Consultants and Store Manager with daily operations.


About the Role:

We are looking for a customer-focused individual who can effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services to customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the upkeep of showroom presentations, supporting the Sales Consultants and Store Manager with daily operations, and providing excellent customer service skills.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the upkeep of showroom presentations to ensure they are visually appealing and well-maintained.
  • Support the Sales Consultants and Store Manager with daily operations, including answering customer queries and providing product information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:
  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge.
