As a pivotal team member, you will play a key role in shaping cohesive and high-performing teams focused on passenger satisfaction.

The Expedition Team Coordinator will work closely with the Expedition Team Manager to identify skilled team members, coordinate seamless onboarding processes and ensure our teams embody Aurora's cultural values and commitment to sustainability.

Key responsibilities of this role include recruitment, retention, and engagement efforts. You will also be responsible for coordinating contracts, facilitating feedback reporting processes and overseeing resource development to ensure comprehensive support before, during, and after each stint of work.

A strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be essential in maintaining efficient communication channels, disseminating information promptly and addressing inquiries effectively while upholding Aurora's standards of inclusivity and equality.

This is an opportunity to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of our expeditions. Your dedication to stakeholder management and collaboration will be instrumental in ensuring each voyage meets regulatory requirements, fulfills passenger expectations and upholds Aurora's reputation for quality expeditions and sustainability.

We are seeking a dynamic individual with 3+ years of experience in the travel industry, particularly in recruitment or scheduling, with a strong preference for cruise or adventure travel experience. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is essential along with experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

Key skills and qualifications include a proactive attitude, passion for sustainability and respect for natural and cultural environments. A broad knowledge of destinations and an international travel background would also be advantageous.
