Role:
">This role requires attendance Monday to Friday, 7.6 hours per day.
">At Range 3, management responsibility and accountability for delivering professional support services are key features.
">The role typically impacts beyond the work area or professional field and seeks cooperation from other staff members or school community members to achieve specific objectives.
">Targets and goals are directed, but the position has latitude in determining how they are achieved, generally limited by standard procedures and school policy.
">Staff management becomes a feature at Range 3, with key responsibilities including managing staff to achieve expected outcomes and resolving staff management issues with minimal reference to senior management.
