Technical Assistant Role

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team in a vital technical support role at a live theatre venue.

The successful applicant will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of events and venues, working closely with our team to deliver first-class performances.

The role involves providing technical assistance, maintaining equipment, and supporting event staff to ensure seamless execution.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A Certificate III or higher in Live Production, Theatre, or Event Management, or equivalent qualifications;
  • Excellent understanding of theatre craft and ability to learn on the job;
  • Great interpersonal skills and elite customer service capabilities;
  • Current Provide First Aid (HLTAID011) Certification;
  • Current CPR Certification;
  • A valid Class 1 Driver's License;
  • A current DHS Working With Children Check;
  • Child Safe Environments - Reporting Abuse and Neglect Training/Certification.

In addition, you will need to adhere to our emergency procedures, follow established Standard Operating Procedures, and notify us of any relevant changes or updates.
