Marketing Strategy Leader

The primary goal of this position is to spearhead integrated marketing and event initiatives that amplify brand visibility, lead generation, and client engagement across all segments in the Australian market. This role will also support broader regional initiatives, ensuring alignment with global marketing objectives and business priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement a multi-channel marketing strategy tailored to the Australian market, aligned with APAC-wide commercial goals.
- Collaborate with commercial strategists and campaign managers to define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), personas, and messaging.
- Leverage marketing automation platforms and CRM tools to manage campaigns, track performance, and optimize ROI.
- Cross-functional collaboration with global and regional teams is essential to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign execution across APAC.
- Plan and execute various events, including conferences, roundtables, webinars, and sponsored events, focusing on the Australian market.
This role requires a creative problem-solver with a data-driven mindset, capable of independent work and collaboration across time zones.
