We are seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Manager to support in overseeing daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, experience in a fast-paced DC/warehouse environment, a valid forklift license, and proficiency in inventory management systems as well as Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities
  • Staff Management & Task Allocation: Assist in supervising warehouse staff, delegating tasks effectively to ensure smooth operations and adherence to schedules.
  • Forklift Operations: Operate forklifts safely and efficiently for loading and unloading trucks, moving goods within the warehouse.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records using Cin7 and Excel, conduct regular stocktakes, reconcile discrepancies.
  • Container Handling: Oversee the unloading and loading of shipping containers, ensuring proper documentation and storage procedures.
  • Truck Loading/Unloading: Coordinate and supervise the loading and unloading of delivery trucks, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
  • Computer Proficiency: Utilize EDI, Microsoft Word, Excel, email platforms for reporting, communication, and documentation purposes.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure all warehouse activities comply with occupational health and safety regulations and company policies.
