Project Solutions Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a Project Solutions Specialist to deliver tailored solutions that support our sales and operations teams.

This role involves technical analysis, design applications, and vendor coordination to ensure seamless integration of solutions into operational workflows.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing customer orders, advising on engineering best practices, and providing product approvals to support sales efforts.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical guidance and product approvals to support sales efforts
  • Investigate risks associated with new and existing designs
  • Deliver layout drawings and contract-engineered solutions to operations teams
  • Collaborate with the Engineering team on development of calculation tools utilised in design processes
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and facilitate continuous improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical or Mechatronics) or related qualifications
  • Minimum 5-10 years design work experience within construction and/or design
  • Proven experience within the Lift industry preferred
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
