Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Access and Reimbursement Strategist to join our team in North Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing pricing and access strategies across the JPAC region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute pricing and access strategies across JPAC region.
  • Engage with national and regional payer authorities through local access agencies.
  • Ensure availability of Galderma products to patients by navigating local reimbursement policies and pricing regulations.
  • Lead local adaptation of Global payer value propositions and objection handlers.
  • Manage timely submission of P&R dossiers and achieve optimal market access conditions.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Australian market access environment. Additional experience in Asia-Pacific countries; South Korea & China would be advantageous.
  • Proven project and communication management skills, adept at handling multiple projects with strict deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market insights and health economic data to drive access strategies.
  • Experience in developing Budget Impact/Cost-Effectiveness models for HTA/P&R assessments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Health Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
