Galderma is a leading dermatology company with a presence in approximately 90 countries. We deliver a portfolio of premium flagship brands and services that span the full spectrum of the dermatology market through Injectable Aesthetics, Dermatological Skincare, and Therapeutic Dermatology.
We are seeking a highly skilled Access and Reimbursement Head – JPAC to join our team in North Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing pricing and access strategies across the JPAC region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute pricing and access strategies across JPAC region.
- Engage with national and regional payer authorities through local access agencies.
- Ensure availability of Galderma products to patients by navigating local reimbursement policies and pricing regulations.
- Lead local adaptation of Global payer value propositions and objection handlers.
- Manage timely submission of P&R dossiers and achieve optimal market access conditions.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Australian market access environment. Additional experience in Asia-Pacific countries; South Korea & China would be advantageous.
- Proven project and communication management skills, adept at handling multiple projects with strict deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market insights and health economic data to drive access strategies.
- Experience in developing Budget Impact/Cost-Effectiveness models for HTA/P&R assessments.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Health Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
