About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Financial Performance to lead our team of Commercial Business Partners, driving financial sustainability and operational success.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering financial analytics and commercial insights, ensuring data integrity and providing critical insights to support decision-making and improve margins.

You will also be responsible for providing strategic financial modelling and analysis to support short and long-term financial strategies and sustainability, as well as driving and leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with organisational goals.

Additionally, you will be responsible for driving commercial insights, including pricing and costings, to support decision-making, performance reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as driving financial governance to ensure full compliance with financial regulations and corporate governance standards.

As a strategic financial leader, you will provide critical support to stakeholders, enhancing the organisation's ability to meet its short and long-term business objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Excellence

Collaborate with senior leaders to implement financial strategies, monitor KPIs, and provide insightful commercial and financial analysis.

Financial Sustainability

Lead the budgeting process, manage short and long-term financial forecasts and modelling, conduct financial risk assessments, and support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

Deliver performance reporting for the organisation.

Customer Connection

Foster strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring financial strategies align with customer and business needs.

Team Leadership

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Financial Performance team, driving accountability and continuous improvement.

Safety Leadership

Promote a culture of safety across the organisation, ensuring adherence to Workplace Health and Safety protocols.

What You Bring

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; CA or CPA certification required.

Experience: Significant experience in finance leadership, including expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering actionable financial insights.

Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing, customer-focused finance teams.

Advanced proficiency in financial management systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, Power BI).
