Asset Management Opportunity

We seek a skilled and experienced Asset Manager to drive our asset management strategy in Sydney, Australia. The successful candidate will work closely with vendors and facilities staff to ensure data quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the asset management program for assigned accounts.
  • Validate and maintain accurate asset registers, ensuring compliance with CMMS tools and platforms.
  • Collaborate with vendors to support asset data management and maintenance.
  • Provide training and guidance to facilities staff on asset data collection and validation.
  • Oversee the PPM schedule within the CMMS, ensuring contractual and statutory requirements are met.
  • Compile reporting to meet the requirements of the asset management assurance framework.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent Diploma (Electrical or Mechanical preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel with pivot tables and complex formulas.
  • Understanding of maintenance compliance, Australian Standards, and Building Code of Australia requirements.
