The Program Manager leads our home care leadership team across Victoria and Tasmania. This role is responsible for developing and delivering Home Care and Respite Services to older people, their families and allies living in the Echuca community.
- Provide strategic direction and manage high-quality services
- Manage and drive the Echuca Home Care Program
- Develop fee-for-service approaches and ensure programs operate within agreed frameworks and targets
- Conduct client assessments and consult with clients in developing individual goals
This role requires a tertiary qualification in management, business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. You will need sound knowledge of aged care and business development, as well as experience in working within budgets.
- A current Working With Children's Check card
- Full Australian working rights
- Current police records check or NDIS (as required)
- Current and ongoing flu vaccinations
