We are seeking a Golf Professional and Retail Assistant to provide exceptional customer service to golfers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Greet and assist customers, answer phone calls and book tee times.
- Process customer purchases efficiently and accurately, including point-of-sale operations and cash handling.
- Assist the team with restocking shelves, organising merchandise, and maintaining store appearance.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager/Golf Operation Manager.

**Essential Criteria:**

- Friendly and easy-going.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
- Basic knowledge of retail operations is preferred.
- Flexibility is required with working hours and weekend work will apply.
- Golf knowledge or PGA qualification is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift light to moderate weight (e.g., golf clubs).
