This role is a key part of our team, responsible for the smooth operation of Golf Shop and Retail activity.

  • Key tasks include assisting the Golf Department with day-to-day operations, managing responsibilities, and achieving results.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and perform daily operational duties, such as cleaning and maintenance.
  • Support tee bookings, retail services, and other Golf Shop operations.

This casual position requires mid-week and weekend work, with varying shift times between 5:30am and 7pm.

We are seeking a passionate individual with:

  • A strong passion for golf and excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in retail and a hard-working attitude
  • Unlimited working rights in Australia and the ability to perform manual handling tasks

To succeed in this role, you must be a self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with staff and members.
