Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate schedules and prioritize tasks efficiently to maximize productivity for senior leadership.
  • Compose and manage correspondence ensuring sensitive matters are handled with utmost professionalism and discretion.
  • Conduct thorough research and provide timely accurate information to support senior leadership and team members.
  • Provide administrative assistance including attending meetings recording minutes distributing action items and following up on tasks.
  • Develop and maintain effective office management practices procedures and standards to ensure confidentiality and efficiency.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for senior leadership ensuring seamless logistics.
  • Compile and present data for weekly performance reports contributing to informed decision-making.
