Job Title: Impact Strategy Coordinator

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Impact Strategy Coordinator. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating whole-of-portfolio strategy and delivery across thought leadership, public policy, innovation, partnerships, and advocacy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing briefing papers, proposals, presentations, and executive materials that inform senior leadership decisions;
  • Leading and managing strategic partnerships, advisory programs, and stakeholder engagement with internal and external partners;
  • Surface insights and position the organization on key sector trends, risks, and policy opportunities;
  • Representing the organization in external forums and amplifying its voice and impact in the sector;

You will bring to the table proven experience advising or supporting senior executives, demonstrated track records in preparing high-quality Board and executive materials, and experience in coordinating strategic agendas and managing multiple projects across teams or portfolios.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience advising or supporting senior executives in government, NFP, or corporate;
  • Demonstrated track record in preparing high-quality Board and executive materials (briefings, presentations, reports);
  • Experience in coordinating strategic agendas and managing multiple projects across teams or portfolios;
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and sustain high-trust relationships with internal and external partners;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distil complex ideas for diverse audiences;
  • Strategic thinking, political acumen, and the ability to work independently while effectively engaging executive stakeholders;
