Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and develop Australian Retirement Trust's Corporate Social Responsibility Strategy.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN internal and external partnerships and relationships that will deliver the strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications to deliver internal and external communications strategies and events to promote and enhance the strategy.
  • Measure and be accountable for the delivery of the impact goals as part of the strategy.
  • Drive and promote alignment between Australian Retirement Trust's CSR, sustainable investment, people and culture, and policy and advocacy strategies.
  • Work collaboratively towards the delivery of Australian Retirement Trust's Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) in conjunction with the RAP working group.
  • Contribute to the development of Australian Retirement Trust's policy and advocacy strategy with attention to our CSR Strategy focus areas of young Australians, women, and Indigenous Australians.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong history of professional experience in corporate social responsibility/social sustainability and/or community development.
  • High level stakeholder and/or portfolio management experience and delivering results in a cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent project, budget and time management skills.
  • Advanced verbal and written skills and experience in managing projects.
  • The ability to work independently and with initiative to meet tight deadlines.
