APAC Technical Ambassador

You will play a pivotal role in bridging our innovative technology with customers' production success in the APJ region.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Strategic Technical Outcomes: Spearhead the technical journey for our customers, defining the path to production rollout and ensuring seamless adoption.
  • Be a Trusted Technical Expertise Advisor: Provide unparalleled insight, technical domain expertise, and solution design, becoming the go-to expert for customers navigating complex data governance challenges.
  • Drive Solution Innovation: Identify and implement novel solutions within customer governance and data provisioning frameworks, pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
  • Influence Product Evolution: Serve as a critical feedback loop, translating customer insights directly back to our Product team to inform future development.
  • Cultivate Partnerships: Collaborate closely with System Integrators and other vendors, fostering strong partnerships that extend our reach.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Work with customers in the APJ region to define their technical journey and ensure successful platform adoption.
  • Provide technical domain expertise and solution design to become the go-to expert for customers navigating complex data governance challenges.
  • Identify and implement novel solutions within customer governance and data provisioning frameworks.
  • Translate customer insights directly back to our Product team to inform future development.
  • Collaborate with System Integrators and other vendors to foster strong partnerships.
