Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of apartment projects from design development through to project completion and defect stages. Ideal candidates will have experience in delivering high-end residential projects, preferably on the client side.
About the Role- Lead a team of 4-5 individuals across various stages of the project life cycle.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans to ensure milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local councils, planning authorities, and community stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Experience in delivering apartment projects, ideally on the client side.
- Strong understanding of planning, design, construction processes, and local building regulations.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for effective stakeholder liaison.
Regular updates and reports should be provided to senior management on project status and key deliverables.
