About the Role

You will play a vital role in delivering bespoke apartment developments across Melbourne's inner suburbs. Working closely with a committed project team, you will oversee the administration of contracts from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout every stage of the build.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Administration
  • Administering variations, progress claims, and extensions of time
  • Liaising with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to support seamless project delivery
  • Maintaining contract documentation
  • Collaborating with the Project Manager to monitor budgets and cash flow
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
About You
  • Diploma in Building & Construction or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Contract Administrator in high-end apartment construction
  • Proven background in delivering architecturally designed residential projects
  • Strong understanding of Australian construction contracts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
