Job Title: Head Of Affiliate Sales

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving affiliate sales revenue growth and managing relationships with key stakeholders. This is a critical position that requires strong knowledge of the affiliate market, prior management experience, and established relationships within the network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Affiliate Sales Team to achieve quarterly and yearly revenue targets
  • Develop effective affiliate acquisition strategies across channels and products
  • Manage external partner relationships and optimise revenue for key events
  • Review rates and commissions, and educate the wider business on affiliate sales knowledge
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of the affiliate market
  • Prior management experience
  • Established relationships within the network

You will also need to be a strategic thinker, problem solver, and results-orientated leader who can manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
