Job Overview

We are seeking a key member of the People and Culture Team to partner with department managers to drive employee relations, HR initiatives and programs that support business objectives.

The role offers a diverse range of careers across hospitality, entertainment and gaming businesses. Our teams comprise individuals from over 70 different cultures, and we celebrate and support individual differences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and guide HR initiatives and programs that align with business goals.

• Build strong relationships with department managers and stakeholders at all levels of the business.

• Provide expert advice on employment law, ER and IR matters.

• Run performance management and disciplinary processes.

Requirements

• Relevant HR degree and around 5 years' experience in a large, fast-paced environment.

• Resilient and able to think and act at pace.

• Experience running performance management and disciplinary processes.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.
