This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about assisting people to maintain their independence in a home environment.

The successful applicant will work with elderly clients in Coffs Harbour and surrounding suburbs, providing support with daily living activities, domestic tasks, meal preparation, personal care, and community access.

We are seeking dedicated and caring professionals who can deliver high-quality services to our clients. If you have experience supporting the elderly and are willing to travel to different locations, we encourage you to apply.

In this role, you will have opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge through free training and development programs. You will also receive a uniform, easy-to-use shift management application, and competitive rates of pay.

To be considered for this position, you should have a Certificate III in a relevant field (highly recommended), sector experience (desirable but not essential), and a valid AU Driver's Licence. You will also need a reliable vehicle for transportation between client locations, as well as current First Aid and CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain).

  1. Provide support with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming;
  2. Assist with domestic tasks, including laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation;
  3. Accompany clients to appointments and social events;
  4. Help clients access community resources and participate in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being;
Essential Requirements:
  • Experience supporting the elderly;
  • Valid AU Driver's Licence;
  • Reliable vehicle for transportation;
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates;
  • Vaccinated against COVID and current Flu;
  • Certificate III in a relevant field (highly recommended);
  • Sector experience (desirable but not essential).
