Job Title: Land Contract Coordinator\

As a key member of the Lands team, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support. This involves preparing and finalizing documentation related to easements, leases, licences, land crossing agreements, purchases, and divestments.

\Key Responsibilities:\

  • Assist with preparing and finalizing documentation for the team.\
  • Support database management, handle transactions, answer queries, and coordinate administration in line with our values and policies.\
  • Contribute to improvements in our land management systems and processes.\
\Requirements:\

  • Certificate level or higher in administration, legal administration, or similar is preferred.\
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with similar software.\
  • Demonstrate exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.\
  • Experience in dealing with sensitive issues and confidential matters.\
