We are seeking a reliable professional to provide administrative support for our Lands team. In this capacity, you will assist with preparing and finalising documentation, database and document management, and other tasks.
You will be a valuable partner to the team by contributing to improvements in land management systems, processes, and other key projects. Accuracy, attention to detail, and a solutions-focused mindset are essential for success in this role.
- Assist with preparing and finalising documentation such as easements, leases, licences, land crossing agreements, purchases, and divestments.
- Support with database and document management, handling related transactions, answering queries, and coordinating administration in line with organisational values and policies.
Your Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in a legal secretarial/administrative environment including the use of word processing, spreadsheet and database software.
- Ability to apply a range of technology skills, including an advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with enterprise resource planning systems.
- Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
