Customer Service Role

This is a fast-paced customer support role providing excellent exposure to the operations of our financial services requiring skills in negotiation, time management, and teamwork. You will be responsible for:

  • Completing customer applications and preparing finance documents within an origination system
  • Providing superior support to customers as they make phone and email enquiries
  • Ensuring data accuracy whilst working in a fast-paced environment
  • Continuously learning and making recommendations to improve existing processes to increase efficiency
