Technical Collaboration Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Collaboration Lead to join our Infrastructure Services team. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical expertise, strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

The role involves delivering plans and initiatives for department-wide lifecycle management of end-user computing fleet, virtual desktop platform and servers, telecommunications and collaboration tools and services.

In addition, the Technical Collaboration Lead will provide specialist advice and technical support regarding the delivery of support processes and initiatives across the department, including to schools and corporate business units.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies for effective collaboration and communication within the team and with stakeholders
  • Provide technical guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of projects and initiatives
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent technical knowledge of end-user computing, virtual desktop platforms, servers, telecommunications and collaboration tools and services
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record of delivering projects and initiatives on time and within budget
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
