We are seeking a skilled and driven individual to join our sales pipeline as a key member. This role involves working closely with Enterprise Sales Team, Marketing, and Sales Operations to source, drive, and establish contact with prospects across various industries.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing new sales prospects and securing first appointments for the Enterprise sales team.
- Contacting potential customers captured and cultivated by the Marketing Team to secure appointments for the Enterprise sales team.
- Effectively communicating the value of our products and services to prospective customers while learning about their needs to identify a good fit.
- Providing feedback to Marketing Team regarding the quality of marketing-sourced leads.
- Recruiting key prospect executives to webinars, virtual events, etc.
What We Are Looking For:
- Degree in Business or Human Resources and/or equivalent industry experience.
- 1-3 years experience in lead generation or business development in a B2B sales environment.
- Strong communication (verbal, writing) & collaboration skills.
- Organising & time management skills.
- Learning & researching skills - able to learn new solutions and services, research new companies and new contacts aligned to buyer personas.
- Influencing & persuading skills - able to effectively negotiate, promote/sell ideas persuasively.
- Able to maintain a positive attitude in the face of criticism, rejection, or failure.
- Able to work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, Customer Success, etc.).
