We are currently seeking skilled and enthusiastic Bus Drivers to join our team at the Willoughby depot. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing quality customer service to passengers while ensuring safe and reliable bus operations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Bus Driver, your primary role will be to safely transport passengers between destinations. You will be responsible for:

  • Operating buses in accordance with established schedules and routes
  • Providing a high level of customer service, responding promptly to passenger inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Maintaining accurate records of trips, including start and end times, and reporting any incidents or issues to management
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A current and valid unrestricted driver's licence (Medium Rigid or Heavy Rigid Licence highly desired but not essential)
  • A good driving history
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical check, criminal history check, and working with children check
  • A current NSW Driver Authority (highly desired) or willingness to obtain one

Working Conditions

As a Bus Driver, you will be required to work varied shifts, including weekends, early mornings, and late evenings. Split shifts are also available, with two portions of work covering peak service times.
