The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing premium or high-volume hospitality venues. They will possess exceptional operational, financial, and people management skills, with a passion for food, beverage, and creating unique experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service and high guest satisfaction by implementing effective strategies and procedures.
  • Lead, train, and empower the Front of House team to deliver exceptional service and drive revenue growth through upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to create a smooth service flow, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional dining experience.
  • Manage rostering, budgets, ordering, and stock control to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Implement and maintain venue standards, policies, and procedures to drive consistency and excellence across all areas of the business.
  • Develop and implement events and promotions to drive revenue growth and increase customer engagement.
Requirements
  • Minimum three years' experience in managing premium or high-volume hospitality venues.
  • Strong operational, financial, and people management skills.
  • Passion for food, beverage, and creating memorable experiences.
  • Exceptional knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and emerging trends.
