Leadership Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the hospitality operations at our Melbourne Park and Tennis Australia venues. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences for up to three million guests, including those attending the Australian Open.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will have full ownership of the food and guest experience across multiple premium venues.
  • They will lead and motivate a high-performing team, blending permanent and event-based talent to deliver consistently outstanding service.
  • Our goal is to drive culinary and service innovation, embedding best practices in every touchpoint.
  • The ideal candidate will possess full commercial accountability – from budget management and forecasting to cost control and revenue optimization.
  • They will partner with senior stakeholders to shape strategy and deliver on brand standards.
  • The candidate will identify and grow new business opportunities while strengthening existing client relationships.
  • Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and food safety legislation, while fostering a culture of safety, sustainability, and excellence is crucial.

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate has proven leadership experience in large-scale, multi-venue or high-volume hospitality environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a history of managing budgets and driving profitable growth is essential.
  • Exceptional client relationship skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders are necessary.
  • A deep understanding of workplace health & safety, food safety, and environmental sustainability is required.
