About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our leadership team at Myer Tea Tree Plaza.

As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring our Service & Selling teams to deliver exceptional customer service and drive profitable sales.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Championing our Customer First Plan to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Managing day-to-day operations to optimize team productivity and efficiency
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Leading, empowering, and inspiring your team to achieve sales and customer service goals

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced retail professional with a proven track record of leading teams to achieve sales and customer service goals.

Key requirements include:

  • Previous experience as a retail manager or area manager
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Ability to drive sales and customer engagement through effective team management and coaching
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
