Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our established SA Manufacturing team. Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their recruitment requirements.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to source high-quality candidates, including advertising, our CRM, and search platforms.
  • Interviews and Assessments: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to match candidates with suitable positions, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 recruiters, providing guidance, support, and performance management to ensure they meet their targets.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing recruitment, including blue and white collar, temporary, and permanent recruitment.
  • Proven client management experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Team management experience, including workflow management and budget management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • A team and customer-centric approach to work, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
