
High-Performing Consulting Leader

As a seasoned Consulting Services Manager, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for implementing our business management platform and delivering exceptional services to customers. This strategic role drives customer success, adoption, and satisfaction through proactive onboarding, product utilization, migration, customization, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies with Sales and Customer Success teams to achieve revenue targets.
- Ensure accurate scoping and contracting in the sales phase, setting clear expectations for successful implementation.
- Build, manage, and develop high-performing teams, balancing capacity to demand and driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Transition the consulting services team to align with company vision and objectives.
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) including revenue growth, margin expansion, billable utilization, team engagement, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage financial performance and forecasting, ensuring predictability and competitiveness in the market.
- Guarantee quality and satisfaction targets are met or exceeded in customer solution design and delivery.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to team members, focusing on performance improvement, competence development, and career advancement.
- Enhance customer experience through team development, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven experience in building and managing consulting services within the ERP and Enterprise business software sector.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve impactful results.
- Exceptional ability to drive customer success and adoption of technology platforms.
- Demonstrated competence in financial management, including budget development and control.
- Strong project management and governance experience.
- Strong communication skills, capable of setting and managing customer expectations successfully.
- Ability to implement continuous improvement objectives and maintain high standards of work quality.
